With over 10 years of experience, supporting women and their partner is what I do and most of all, it’s what I love! I will use my knowledge, experience, and energy to help you create the birth experience YOU want.
I believe pregnancy and birth are a natural and normal cycle in a woman’s life that should be respected and honored. Sometimes, we may need a little help and knowing your options will help you navigate these times with confidence instead of fear.
During our time together, I will guide you to evidence based information and resources that will help you know what your options and preferences are for your birth. I will not impose any of my beliefs on you or your birth. This time is about you and your family and I fully respect and support every choice you make. During our time I will also teach you and your chosen birth partner different positions, comfort measures, and techniques. These are great tools to use during that last weeks of pregnancy and especially during labor.
