For over fifteen years, I have taught evidence based childbirth education for Legacy Health and OHSU in the pacific northwest. I am glad to have served over a thousand women and new families during these years. This experience has gifted me in observing many births and hearing many, many birth stories. What I have learned, is there is no one way to have a baby. Positive birth experiences could be a water birth at home, a fabulous epidural, or a really well planned cesarean. This experience has also taught me that unexpected outcomes occur, and every family deserves support and compassion. I am here to serve you in achieving a positive birth experience.
