I help new families find calm, confidence, and connection through home visits, classes, and the VIP Mamas online membership community. I am a mom of three and live north of Boston, Massachusetts. I became a certified postpartum doula seven years ago, and am continually updating my knowledge and skills in areas such as infant sleep, feeding, babywearing, matrescense, and postpartum mood disorders. My dream is to change the culture of information overload and mom guilt to one where all parents have access to education and support that encourages them to trust their instincts and enjoy their babies!
