Hello! I am a Certified Labor Doula with CAPPA, and I work in the Montgomery County area – specifically Rockville/Gaithersburg. I will be moving my practice to Baltimore in the fall!
I specialize in personal attention, comforting touch, and breath work. A very important part of my practice is client-specific pre-natal appointments, where I seek to build a personal relationship with my client. These appointments may include movement, meditation, birth education, fear exploration, affirmation practice, breath work, position practice, comforting touch/hands on relaxation techniques and more… most likely a mix of these! Whatever feels right to each client, on that day. My mission as your doula is to be a reliable support to you and anyone involved in your birth journey. I desire that you feel empowered and known through your birth journey.
I love being a doula because I am able to connect with women, birthing people, partners, and families, and my hope is that as many births as possible may be joyous, informed, safe, and supported.
