Diana the owner of CocoonCare, mama of 1 has brought her unique perspective and experience with subfertility to her conception of her rainbow baby, 15 years of yoga experience, and applying her Integrative and Functional Medicine professional training to the community. Her straightforward approach to helping women create the cocoon of care they need on their motherhood journey is something every mom should seek.
She is a 200-hour and 95-hour prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher, with several continuing education hours in various topics such as: Vin & Restorative, Yoga for Fertility with Pulling Down the Moon, and Yoga as Medicine. A Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist & finishing up a Pelvic Pro course with Sarah Duvall. Her love of helping women prepare for pregnancy led her to becoming a Childbirth Educator with CAPPA.
In the health coaching department, she has completed her certification with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where she learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques and over 100 dietary theories, IIN’s hormonal training course, Integrative Women’s Health Institute (IWHI) in their Optimal Fertility Program: Preconception Detoxification and Preparedness Program, IWHI’s endometriosis masterclass, and Aviva Romm’s Integrative & Functional Medicine Professional Training Program.
So needless to say, she’s pretty obsessed with learning all there is about holistic wellness for women (some define it as whole-body wellness) and sharing it with whomever will listen. Diana encourages women to listen to their intuition whether it’s on the yoga mat or in a coaching sessions. She believes it’s important to take responsibility for your health and well-being.
When Diana isn’t teaching or coaching, you’ll find her outdoors walking the beach, riding bikes, or cooking with her family.
