I’m a trained Postpartum Doula and love what I do. I have three children and experience first hand all of the joys and challenges that come with being a parent. I understand that despite preparing for your baby’s arrival, it can still be overwhelming to figure out how to care for your new baby or babies confidently and to experience what is going on with your body and brain after your baby or babies are born. I am here to help ease your transition and to assist you in whatever way helps you the most. I look forward to meeting you and helping you through this postpartum period.
