I am Aparna K S, from Cochin, Kerala. I am a consultant psychologist and certified lactational professional. After getting pregnant and going through postpartum days I had lots of doubt on everything and I don’t had anyone to clear my doubt. Then I come to know about CAPPA and their course and took my first step to educate the parents and pregnant women about their pregnancy and postpartum journey through this course.
