I’ve been dedicated to Health Education for more than 10 years, specialized on perinatal education and nutrition counseling. I’m convinced that one of the best things we can do for our children is fulfilling a healthy lifestyle right from the beginning. As a mother of a girl and twin boys, I understand the ups and downs of parenting, and I’m very pleased and grateful to team up with expecting and new parents in their own parenting journey. I hope I can share valuable information and tips that help parents thrive through this exciting stage of their lives.
Me he dedicado a la Educación en Salud por más de 10 años, especializándome en educación perinatal y consejería nutricional. Estoy convencida que una de las mejores cosas que podemos hacer por nuestros hijos es procurarles un estilo de vida saludable desde el inicio de sus vidas. Como madre de una niña y gemelos varones, entiendo los retos de ser padres y me siento muy afortunada y agradecida de poder hacer equipo con los nuevos padres en esta nueva experiencia.
